Roles and Responsibilities:Candidate would be responsible for Drafting Contractual correspondence, legal notices, replies etc. in addition to liaison with Companys legal advisors.Job Includes : Drafting Contracts and Agreements. Preparing Legal Notices and replies, rejoinders etc. as may be required Monitoring legal affairs in the company Coordinating with companys external legal advisors, law firms etc. Handling all arbitrations, litigations of the Company Appearing before the Authorities, Courts, Tribunals etc. as and when required.Desired Candidate Profile :LLB/LLM Candidate should have experience in commercial litigations and arbitrations.Candidate must have good legal drafting and communication skills.Other Details :Experience Required : 0-2 YearsSalary : Based on experience, knowledge & capability.Employment Type : Full Time, PermanentFunctional Area : Legal & ContractsLocation : The location for the job would be Noida office.
