We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Instrumentation Engineer to join our plant operations at Manhalli Village, Bidar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing industrial control systems including DCS, SCADA, and PLC used in our manufacturing processes.Key Responsibilities:Install, configure, and maintain DCS, SCADA, and PLC systems.Monitor and troubleshoot instrumentation and control issues.Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on instrumentation equipment.Collaborate with electrical and mechanical teams for process automation and optimization.Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including P&IDs, loop diagrams, and calibration records.Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.Support plant operations in achieving high reliability and minimal downtime.Required Skills:Strong understanding of industrial automation systems (DCS/SCADA/PLC).Experience with programming and configuring controllers and HMIs.Ability to read and interpret electrical and instrumentation drawings.Good problem-solving and analytical skills.Familiarity with industrial communication protocols and instrumentation standards.

We have been retained by a very prominent and premier Government Institution to source and Training and Maintenance Resources to Train and Maintain Modern Instrumentation, Automation, Mechatronics and Electrical Educational Systems across various locations of Karnataka. The Job involves Training and Day to day maintenance of advanced Technology Education Systems in various locations across Karnataka.The Job is 12 months Contractual initially but most likely to keep renewed subsequently.

Able to design logic / sequence for plc as per customer requriement and installation and comssioning of plc /hmi scada at customer place

Roles and Responsibilities Maintenance, calibration, and testing of electrical and electronics instruments. Conduct routine monitoring and maintenance to provide the highest possible availability of all Instruments.Report problems and possible solutions to the supervisor.Receive instructions, work orders, and safety permits for the troubleshooting, repair, calibration, replacement, or overhaul requirements of the equipment.Complete modifications, changes, and data collection of analyzers and sample systems.Requires knowledge of electronics and the ability to troubleshoot to the component levelEnsure that all the work is carried out according to safe working procedures, safety permits, and regulations.Experience Min 10 Years out of which 5 years should be in Distillery.
