Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Embedded Hardware Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing embedded hardware systems, including circuit design, PCB layout, and prototype validation.Key responsibilities are as follows:* HW Requirement analysis* Hardware design, development and debugging* Hardware board bring-up and Design validation testing* Circuit designing and developing of printed circuit boards* Documentation of all the design, development and testing activities* Verification of schematics and BOM generation* Collaborating with software engineers to establish the requirements for the hardware development projects.Key technical skills:* Must have worked in design environment for complete Hardware development life cycle (HDLC).* Must be able to understand & document design requirement at module level & functional level.* Good knowledge of Analog, digital and mixed circuit design.* Good knowledge component selection (Passive, Active, micro controller, PMIC, Opamp etc.)* Familiar with hardware interfaces such as USB, I2C, UART, SPI, CAN, LIN etc.* Experience designing with various Power Electronics Components, such as Power MOSFETS, IGBTS.* Develop design documentations and requirements specifications for assigned projects * Hands on experience on any of Schematic and layout design tool like Altium etc.* Hands on experience on PSPICE tools like TINA, OrCAD, LTspice* Good knowledge of EMI/EMC testing.* Must be able to handle BOM stock, online ordering & communicate with vendor for pricing & delivery.* Good knowledge of PCB design, Multilayer PCB Design (4-8 Layer) and EMI/EMC compliant PCB layout.* Good Having good interpersonal and soft skills who can adapt to the work environment while manifesting a good positive attitudeSkillsExcellent problem-solving and debugging skills.Good communication and teamwork skills.Circuit Design expertiseExperience in hard

MUST HAVE 5-10 years experience in making AUTOCADDrawings, is capable to interpret electrical circuits into drawings

1. Designing and developing components such as printed circuit boards (PCB), processors, memory modules, and network components.2. Develops PCB layout solutions for automotive lifestyle hardware products that incorporate features such as world-class multi-channel amplifier power, exclusive in-house audio algorithms, and cutting-edge automotive network interfaces3. Meeting with design and engineering teams to determine hardware requirements.4. Collaborating with software engineers to ensure software compatibility and integration with the hardware components.5. Testing hardware prototypes and analysing and interpreting performance data.6. Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.7. Strong verbal and written communication skills.8. Work with cross functional product development teams in supporting product development9. Minimum of 5 years direct PCB design experience Expertise in Working in a multi-disciplinary team, consisting of at least hardware and mechanical engineers.10. Should have experience of PCB / WIRE / Connector Assembly line process experience. 11. Knowledge of understanding of automobile wiring harness drawings12.
