This initiative seeks to create a conducive environment that enables women to become equal partners in workforce participation and transport service usage. The program aims to enhance the visibility of women in traditionally male-dominated roles within the transport sector, thereby fostering greater acceptance of their presence in such positions.Roles and Responsibilities:Conduct capacity-building workshops with bus conductors and drivers.Facilitate support groups for drivers and conductors to encourage discussions on gender sensitization and workplace inclusivity.Conduct impact assessments to measure the effectiveness of the training sessions and suggest necessary improvements.Collaborate with stakeholders to promote gender-equitable workspaces within the public transport sector.Document and report findings from workshops and support group meetings.

Job descriptionResponsibilities:Prepare and deliver interactive online lessons based on the Scratch and JrScratch curriculum.Provide guidance and assistance to students during live sessions and through online communication channels.Address questions and concerns, offering explanations and feedback to support students learning progress.Maintain a positive and inclusive online learning environment.Monitor and assess students performance and understanding of coding concepts.Maintain regular communication with parents/guardians to update them on their childs progress, address concerns, and provide insights on ways to support their childs learning journey.Assist students in resolving technical issues related to the Scratch and JrScratch platforms, helping them access and utilize the tools effectively.Stay up-to-date with advancements in coding education and instructional techniques.Requirements:A bachelors degree in Computer Science, Education is preferred.Strong expertise in Scratch and JrScratch programming is essential.Prior experience as a coding instructor, especially in an online environment, is highly beneficial.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to engage effectively with students.Proficiency in using online teaching tools, video conferencing platforms, and educational software.A genuine passion for teaching, coding education, and nurturing the creative potential of young learners is a key attribute.Job Types: Freelance, Part-timeSalary: ?150.00 - ?200.00 per hourSchedule:Monday to FridayWeekend availabilityWork Location: Remote
