1. Oversee revenue management and distribution strategy of the hotels in the area and manage day to day yield operations.2. Daily pick-up analysis, strategy adjustments and reporting.3. Perform competitive benchmark studies and follow market trends.4. Create and develop pricing strategies in conjunction with the individuality of each hotel.5. Provide weekly dynamic forecasts of expected results, variances and budget comparisons.6. Analyse overall monthly hotel performance and provide summary reports with recommendations to improve long term strategies.7. Ensure all related systems are configured correctly, validated and working to full capacity8. Oversee and audit the standards and operations of the reservations department.9. Ensure hotel personnel is fully competent in the use of all systems10. Work in liaison with hotel sales and reservations departments as a team.11. Regularly check the input and the quality of data (segmentation, denials tracking, etc) points.12. Evaluate performance of distribution partners and contracted rates (OTA)13. Prepare outline for and support the annual revenue budget process.14. Visit the hotels to get first-hand knowledge of all revenue management issues and other key areas.15. Looking for service staff for our Ice creams, Deserts Parlor and Cafe in Mahavir Nagar Kandivali West to prepare and serve Ice cream, milkshakes, waffles, Pizza, fries etc.Appropriate training will be provided.Candidate will need to be self starter, active and soft spoken. Candidate also needs to have good communication and upselling skillsCandidate should attend customers, handle POS, manage inventories and maintain cleaning and hygiene of the desert caf.Our desert parlor and caf is open from 1:30 PM to 12 mid night every day.
