Attend to telephone calls. Book appointment of patients on mobile & WhatsApp. Provide any help, information to patients visiting the clinic or on phone. Do patient registration, when they visit the clinic. Measure temperature, pulse rate, Spo2 & BP for each patient & record the same.Collect payment from patients & keep a record of the same. Maintain daily cash records & clear the accounts before leaving for the day. Help in day to day running of clinic, as directed by the doctor. Keep a note of patient waiting time. Send messages to patient to collect their feedback.
