Our asset size if more than 1000 trucks, 1800 trailers, and our own chassis.Job Overview: As a Freight Broker for Cargo Solution Brokerage, you will be responsible for managing the transportation of goods for clients using the company's assets. This involves negotiating rates with carriers, scheduling shipments, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues that may arise during transit.Key Responsibilities:Negotiate rates with carriers to ensure competitive pricing for clientsSchedule and coordinate shipments to ensure timely delivery of goodsTrack shipments to monitor progress and ensure on-time deliveryResolve any issues that may arise during transit, including delays, damages, and other unforeseen eventsCommunicate with clients to provide updates on the status of their shipments and address any concerns or questions they may haveMaintain accurate records of all transactions and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.Collaborate with other team members to achieve company goals and objectives.

Need to take care of tracking Loads by tracking Trucks & by keeping in touch with Drivers. Need to take care of loads Pickup on Time by taking ETAS & ATAS. Need to take care of loads Deliveries on Time by take ETAS & ATAS. Updates to brokers on real Time basis regarding their booked loads. Taking care of tracking Trailers of our company with setup Systems at Dropped locations. Giving accurate response to brokers over Email & Phone regarding their queries.Qualification & Experience: High school diploma or Graduate (BA, BSc., B.com, BBA, BE, BTech) Post Graduates (MBA) may also Apply. Bachelor's or associate degree in transportation or logistics would be advantageous. 2-3 yrs. Of experience in similar industry, Experienced in managing freight & customers handing would be preferred.Skills: Basic computer skills. MS Word, Excel, Transport Management Software (preferred), etc. Basic mathematical skills required. Must have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent time management, quick decision making skill and ability work under pressure. Should be open to work in US Shift (Night Shift: 10 Hrs. duration) and 6 days working.
