About the RoleWe are seeking a motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented Associate Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. You will work closely with senior analysts, product managers, and technical teams to bridge the gap between business needs and technological solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesRequirement Gathering: Assist in conducting stakeholder interviews, workshops, and surveys to capture clear business requirements.Documentation: Help create comprehensive business requirement documents (BRD), functional specification documents (FSD), and user stories.Process Mapping: Design and document current-state (As-Is) and future-state (To-Be) business processes using flowcharts and BPMN tools.Data Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze data to identify trends, gaps, and actionable business insights.Testing & Quality Assurance: Support the QA team by creating test cases, executing user acceptance testing (UAT), and validating deliverables against business requirements.Collaboration: Act as a bridge between technical development teams and business stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project alignment.Required Qualifications & SkillsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, Economics, or a related field.Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills with a logical, data-driven approach to troubleshooting.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Technical Literacy: Basic understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies (Agile/Scrum is a plus).Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, or Trello.Documentation Skills: Ability to write clear, concise user stories and process documentation.Preferred QualificationsCertifications such as ECBA (Entry Certificate in Business Analysis) or foundational Agile/Scrum certifications.Hands-on academic projects or internships involving data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) or basic SQL querying.

Meeting with clients, determining their needs and requirements, providing strategic advice, and managing their assets accordingly.Preparing risk analyses and financial, investment, and asset management reports.Creating, organizing, and managing client portfolios.Monitoring asset performance and recommending corrective measures.Developing strategies to increase ROI and minimize risk factors and losses.Reviewing policies and making recommendations for potential adjustments.Researching relevant markets and identifying trends and patterns.Collaborating with the asset management team, company analysts, and senior executives.Liaising and negotiating with fund directors, property managers, attorneys, auditors, etc.Asset Manager Requirements:Degree in business, finance, or related field.Previous experience as an analyst or asset manager.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-related software.Strong financial background with experience in financial modeling.Strategically minded with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational and managerial skills.Attention to detail.Skilled negotiator.
