Profile/Role: Marketing Qualification: MBA Experience: 2 to 4 Years Job Description Identifying prospective clients and working to find leads given specific target markets Generating new leads through cold calling, networking and referrals Follow up with prospective customers and selling new features or services to current customers Manage closed sales and communicate future project needs Assist in the development of new business opportunities. Work with internal teams to implement business development initiatives. Prepare and send proposals to foreign clients. Business reporting and Presentation Occasionally directed to several aspects of the work. Initiate primary contact with C-levels, Directors and Managers Identify and develop new sales opportunities through insightful research Measuring and reporting on the performance of social media campaigns Staying up-to-date on industry trends and adapting the social media strategy accordingly Define marketing strategies to support the companys overall strategies and objectives Shortlisting possible new clients from various sources. Schedule meetings with the clients Operating software(training will be given) Creating and maintaining list of prospect clients Technical Skills Required Good command over MS Office (Excel, Word and power point). Excellent communication skills in English; communication skills Self-Starter, self-motivated and team player with ability to manage and excel independently Ability to call, connect & interact with prospects Strong follow-up skills on leads and referrals (persistence is paramount!) until closure Skills Required: Strong analytical, communication, time-management and creativity skills Theoretical knowledge of bookkeeping & accounting (preferable) Strong business acumen with excellent email writing skills and familiarity with MS Office suite.
