On admission, receive the patient and make him / her comfortable. See that the beds are made prior to the patients entry to wards.6. Initial assessment to be completed within 30 minutes of admission reassessment in each shift.7. Documents relevant data in the medical record to be placed according to hospital standards.8. Derives patient problems from the assessment data.9. All information to be exchanged documented in each staffing shift , between shift during transfer and between unit / departments.10. Check patients case file and give medication.11. Proper filling of Staff handover Register.12. Weekly self audit of emergency medicine at the nursing counter / Emergency counter station.
