This is full time office job. we are hiring female graduate candidates. office Time: 9.30am To 6.30pm. Our company will give Basic Salary plus Incentives.

You will be responsible for handing the sales in the projects assigned to you.Converting prospects into customers by show-casing appropriate primary residential properties to the prospects, which matching the need of the prospects, calling all Leads / Prospects

Hiring tellecaller on urgent basis in real estate firm located at wakad

1. Understanding the various projects to be able to provide clear explanations to the clients2. Generating higher walk-ins through efforts in tele-calling3. Cross-using leads for various projects4. Handle Clients queries and their requirements, build relationships.5. Achieve Monthly / Annual Business targets of self and team.6. Work with other managers to plan and direct the work of the organization7. Should keep the record of Feedback - mails/phones (communication channel)8. Daily take Customer follow-up9. Delegate tasks and set deadlines.10. He/she should be able to guide and develop a team.
