This role is crucial in building customer relationships and driving business growth.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation:Call prospective customers from the provided database to inform them about PropConsults real estate services and projects.Qualify leads based on customer preferences and budget.Customer Engagement:Engage in meaningful conversations to understand customer requirements.Address inquiries and provide accurate information about properties and services.Follow-Up Management:Maintain a follow-up schedule for leads who show interest.Ensure timely follow-ups to convert prospects into clients.Database Management:Record customer information, call outcomes, and next steps in a CRM system or spreadsheet.Keep the database updated with accurate and complete information.Collaboration with Sales Team:Share qualified leads with the sales team for further action.Coordinate with team members to ensure a seamless lead conversion process.Reporting:Submit daily/weekly reports on the number of calls made, leads generated, and conversions achieved.Provide feedback on customer responses and common queries.Requirements:Education and Experience:High school diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is a plus.Skills:Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi

1. Tele Sales , primarily calling up over the phone and generate leads .2. Validate the leads 3. Keep a digital records & Maintain the leads 4. Doing follow ups with the specified Sales RM for lead progression

Calling existing and potential customers to persuade them to purchase company products and services.Accurately recording details of customers purchase orders.Processing all customer purchases accordingly.Generating promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue.Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.Using sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.Continually meeting or exceeding daily and monthly targets with respect to call volume and sales.Telesales Executive Requirements:High school diploma or GED.Bachelor's or associate's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or related field is preferred.Certified Sales Professional (CSP) accreditation is advantageous.Proven experience working as a telesales executive.Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.The ability to follow scripts.Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.Effective communication skills.Exceptional customer service skills.
