As a Back Office Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our office in Muzaffarnagar. Your primary responsibilities will include:- **Administrative Support**: Assist in general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence to ensure efficient office operations.- **Coordination of Activities**: Organize and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members, keeping track of schedules and maintaining calendars.- **Communication Management**: Handle incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries and directing them to the appropriate departments or team members.- **Documentation Handling**: Prepare, review, and maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring all documentation is up to date and easily accessible.- **Inventory Management**: Monitor and manage office supplies, placing orders as needed to ensure all resources are available for staff.To succeed in this role, you should have:- A Bachelors degree in Arts, Commerce, or a relevant professional qualification.- 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role, demonstrating your ability to manage various tasks efficiently.- Strong organizational skills, able to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with team members and clients.- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Office, to facilitate your daily tasks and responsibilities.
