We are looking for a highly motivated Telecalling Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling customer inquiries, and providing information about our Architecture and Interior. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to handle multiple calls efficiently.

Tele calls and explaining the product and services offered by the insurance company.Contracting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.Asking questions to the customers and understanding their specifications.Follow up on the database/ leads provided by the company.Daily do activities Leads Vs ConversionShould be fluent in English & Tamil (Chennai candidates)

1. should be capable of communicate and explain about our projects with clients.2. should have the knowledge to handle and answer the clients objections.3. should have the sales closing skill.4. Determining clients need and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them .5. Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices is an added advantage.6. Capable of converting leads into prospects.7. Finding the right customers by having conversation over phone.8. Have to fix appointment with customers.9. Arrange for site visit (company will provide the cab whenever needed)-following with seniors.
