You will work behind the scenes to support the front-end operations, manage administrative tasks, and contribute to the seamless functioning of our business.Key Responsibilities:Data Entry and Management: Accurate and timely data entry of customer orders, service requests, and other relevant information into our systems.Order Processing: Process customer orders received through the Widsin mobile app, ensuring all details are correctly recorded and scheduled.Communication: Maintain effective communication with customers, service partners, and internal teams to resolve queries, provide updates, and address any issues promptly.Document Handling: Organize and maintain digital and physical documents, including invoices, receipts, and customer records, Partner documents, Logistic driver documents.Payment Processing: Assist in processing payments, refunds, and financial transactions accurately and securely.Reporting: Generate regular reports on key performance metrics and provide insights to management for decision-making.Support Operations: Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely pickup and delivery of customer orders, addressing any operational challenges as they arise.Quality Assurance: Play a role in quality control by monitoring service partner performance and ensuring service standards are met.
