Primary responsibilities are talent acquisition for the entire group.Posts Job Description in various portals and social platformsScreens applications of qualified candidatesRecruitment activities from screening, shortlisting, interviewing, selection, to offer, preparation and administering the signing of contractsSecondary responsibilities will include understanding existing employees, executing human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave; performance managementManage the organization's employee database and prepare reports/personnel records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases, tracking vacation, sick, and personal timeHandles employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to Head Human ResourceEmail follow-up related to Recruitment and Selection, Joining Formalities, Statutory Compliance, Exit Formalities, Employee Engagement, Payroll, Attendance and Leave ManagementManage holiday calendars and leave balanceSupport in the Confirmation and Exit Process of employeesManage Mediclaim related tasks like preparing monthly addition/deletion reports; coordinating with insurance persons; assisting employees in GMC related queries and claimsSupport employee engagement activities in the CompanyPayrolls/Prepare Claim reports, verify the reimbursement data and send to Finance team bi-monthlyManage employees grievances and escalate if necessary to HR ManagerDeal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulationsGeneral Office AdministrationPerforms other duties as assigned
