As an Export Executive, you will play a vital role in managing and facilitating the export processes for our products. You will ensure smooth communication and coordination with international clients and stakeholders. Your key responsibilities and skills will include the following:- Coordinate Export Activities: Manage the logistics and documentation required for shipping products to international clients, ensuring compliance with regulations.- Communicate with Clients: Interact with customers to address inquiries, provide updates on shipment status, and resolve any issues that may arise during the export process.- Prepare Shipping Documentation: Prepare and review necessary export documents, such as invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations, to ensure accuracy and completeness.- Monitor Shipment Tracking: Track shipments to ensure timely delivery, working with freight forwarders and shipping companies to manage any delays effectively.- Maintain Records: Keep detailed records of all export transactions, maintaining databases and filing systems for easy retrieval and reference.To excel in this role, candidates should possess a Bachelors degree in Business Administration. A minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in export or international logistics is preferred. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential, as is proficiency in using shipping software and office applications. Additionally, candidates must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is crucial for effective interaction with international clients.
