Roles and ResponsibilitiesTC assist clients in booking a holiday package of their choice. The role demands sales and operations for Fixed Departures/ Group Packages in Europe and other long haul destinations. In this role, you will help provide quotes to find the best value options available and make bookings for transport, accommodation, sightseeing activities and other travel related activities a client may need. Handling traveller queries and taking travel requirementsUnderstand clients requirement and offer packages accordinglyCoordinating with operations team. Handling operations/sales for outbound tour enquiries (Understanding of European destination is preferred)Create bookings / reservations for customers, Prepare itineraries, tour costing, hotel booking and customization of international / outbound tour packagesProviding excellent customer service experiences - Taking care of any customer escalation post booking and helping with appropriate resolutionAssisting clients with visa processing, flight ticketing and pre-trip formalitiesPost sales file operations, InvoicingAchieve the assigned sales targetsResponsible for generating revenue for the company.Responsible to ensure that the tour is operated smoothlyDesired Candidate ProfileExcellent communication and interpersonal skills is must Have passion for Sales and customer service is mustKnowledge of Online booking of flights, hotels, etc. preferred but not a constraint Good knowledge of major international travel destinations preferred but not a constraint Must have knowledge of world geography, hotels & airport preferred but not a constraint Candidates from travel / Airlines / Hospitality industry will be preferred
