The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly professional individual who can manage the day-to-day operations of the executive officer. The Executive Assistant will play a crucial role in helping the CEO be more productive, efficient, and focused on strategic priorities.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Ensure the CEO is well-prepared for all commitments and meetings. Act as the CEO's primary point of contact, screening emails and phone calls. Draft, review, and respond to correspondence on behalf of the CEO. Coordinate all travel logistics for the CEO, including booking flights, hotels, transportation, and creating detailed itineraries. Prepare materials and briefings for meetings, including agendas, presentations, and background information. Attend and take minutes at meetings as required. Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion. Assist in the management of special projects, often working with other members of the executive team. Organize and maintain important documents, reports, and files for easy access. Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, board members, and other executives. Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges to ensure the CEO's time is optimized. Should be flexible to travel, if needed.SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION. Degree in Management or a Post Graduate. Must have excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Minimum 4 yrs
