Roles and Responsibilities

Females Only

Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications

Prepare Recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board and social sites

Source and Recruit candidates

Screen candidates resumes and job application

Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process

Should be able to get a pool of candidates, do telephonic screening and schedule the interview and follow-up

Skills Required

Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong decision -making skills

Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role

Experience : 1 - 2 Years
