Role & responsibilities- Finalization of Accounts : Knowledge of all accounting work, P&L, balance sheet finalization- Coordinating with Auditors- Compliances with regard to GST, TDS & Income tax- Calculation of GST, online payment and filing - Preparation of income tax, TDS working, return filing- General accounting reconciliations, Bank, vendor reconciliations- Salary, Cash Management- Debtors & Creditors Management- Basic Accounting, Managing Day to Day Transactions, Book Keeping, etc- Assist in financial reporting processes including Monthly, Quarterly, Annual Accounts closure, variance reporting, reconciliations, consolidated financial accounts and reporting- Complying with accounting standards & best practices- Responsible for proper GL accounting, time to time to review, and ensuring the Internal.- Auditing financial documents to ensure they are accurate and maintaining the confidentiality of the financial data- Suggesting financial policies and procedures based on the overall financial status of the organisation- Managing the companys accounts to ensure on-time payment and overseeing the software system for financial needs- Maintain the privacy of financial information, and when necessary, backup databases.

Maintenance of regular books of accounts. Entering Cash Receipts, Cash Payments, Bank Receipts, Bank Payments, Contra, Journal, Purchase and sales Vouchers in Computerized Tally.ERP 9 Prepare sales register, purchase register, Debit Note register, Credit note register and Stock register. Preparing cash and bank payments to maintain the status of funds. Worked with team members in tasks such as updating general ledgers & journal Outstanding statements of Receivables and Payables month wise Dealing with debtors & creditors & preparing their reconciliation statement. Preparing GST Summary for Sales and Purchases month wise Knowledge of preparation of Profit & loss account and Balance sheet.
