Responsibilities : In charge of Executing the Sample Programme (Both Knits and Wovens) Interacting with inter departments across factory (Quality/ Fabric/ Purchase/ Materials/ Stores/ Shipping etc). Good understanding in fabric quality approvals, production planning, sample & shipment. Experience in preparing MIS/ Dashboard for daily/ weekly/ monthly reviews.

Oversee all shipments, incoming inventory, and storage operations.Assigning tasks to the factory staff and resolving factory-related issues.Preparing production schedules and reports and presenting them to the higher management.Optimize productive time for employees by eliminating unnecessary processes. Practice conflict resolution among departments and employees. Analyze production metrics and data to determine areas to improve. Maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety regulations.Requirements:The candidate should hold a Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Management, or a similar field. You should also have knowledge of various safety management systems.
