Educational QualificationDiploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.Candidates with 2-3 years of relevant experience in machining operations will be preferred.Job ResponsibilitiesOperate lathe and drilling machines as per production requirements.Perform machining, drilling, cutting and related machine operations.Read and understand basic engineering drawings.Ensure accuracy and quality of machined components.Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer and other measuring tools.Inspect finished components and identify machining defects.Follow production schedules and maintain required output.Maintain machines, tools and work areas properly.Follow company safety procedures and standard operating practices.Coordinate with supervisors and production team members.Skills RequiredGood knowledge of lathe and drilling machine operations.Knowledge of basic machining processes and measurements.Ability to read basic engineering drawings.Knowledge of measuring instruments.Good attention to detail and quality.Willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.Training / ProbationSelected candidates may undergo an initial 3-month training/probation period.Salary will be reviewed after successful completion of the probation period based on performance and company policy.Compensation & BenefitsSalary: As per industry standardsPerformance-based salary revisionAnnual bonusOpportunity for long-term career growthPractical exposure to machining and manufacturing operations
