We are looking for a dedicated Injection Moulding Operator with 1 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting. The operator will be responsible for producing plastic parts by operating injection moulding machines while adhering to quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities:- **Machine Operation**: Set up and operate injection moulding machines to manufacture parts according to specifications and production schedules.- **Quality Control**: Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Make adjustments as needed to maintain efficiency and quality.- **Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure smooth operations. This includes cleaning, lubricating, and troubleshooting equipment issues.- **Monitoring Processes**: Monitor the production process for efficiency and safety. Report any abnormalities and suggest improvements to the production workflow.- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate production records, including quantities produced and any quality issues encountered during the process.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates must possess an I.T.I. certificate and have practical knowledge of injection moulding processes. Good mechanical skills and the ability to read technical drawings are essential. Attention to detail is crucial for quality assurance and maintaining safety practices.
