Planning for Fair for Life projects and coordinating with the team for successful execution. Develop a yearly work program for the organization and coordinate with the team members for its timely execution. Train subordinates and other team members for improvement in work efficiency and wherever they are required. To ensure all functions and systems within the office are running smoothly. Maintain all data in accordance to the prescribed standards in order to ensure smooth functioning at all times. Leading, mentoring & monitoring the team members for continuous improvement in operations and meeting the set targets. Assist in Organic Certification by development of required manuals, operator profile and SOPs etc. Coordinate with the Government and Non-Govt. Officials for miscellaneous requirements e.g. certification application, renewal, insurance renewal etc.
