This role is suited for someone energetic with a passion for organizing successful events.Key Responsibilities:- Event Planning: Collaborate with clients to understand their event goals and preferences, ensuring all details are covered from start to finish.- Supplier Coordination: Communicate and negotiate with vendors, venues, and suppliers to secure the necessary services and materials for events.- Budget Management: Keep track of the event budget, ensuring costs are controlled while delivering high-quality experiences.- On-Site Management: Oversee the execution of events, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on schedule, troubleshooting any issues that may arise.- Client Liaison: Maintain strong communication with clients during the planning process and on event day to ensure their satisfaction.- Post-Event Evaluation: Gather feedback from clients and guests after the event to identify areas for improvement in future events.Required Skills and Expectations:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential for interacting with clients, vendors, and team members effectively.- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and details simultaneously, ensuring nothing is overlooked.- A creative mindset for brainstorming ideas that enhance the overall event experience.- Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing circumstances during event execution.- Basic knowledge of event planning processes and a willingness to learn and grow in the role. Candidates with a background in organizing events, even at a small scale, will be preferred.

Have to work on maintaining data of upcoming events, coordinating with clients and business development.
