The role involves managing infrastructure, vendors, security, staff, and resident services to ensure a clean, secure, and well-managed living environment for all residents.________________________________________Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesFacility & Infrastructure Management Ensure regular upkeep of common areas: parks, roads, streetlights, boundary walls, and community buildings. Supervise daily housekeeping, plumbing, electrical and maintenance activities. Monitor AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts) for RWA Assets such as ACs, water pumps, water dispensers, etc.Vendor Management Manage work of all outsourced services including security, waste collection, horticulture, and repairs. Ensure quality, timely delivery, and accountability from vendors. Verify and process vendor bills and payments with due approvals.Security & Surveillance Oversee security personnel deployment at all gates and periphery. Ensure round-the-clock security monitoring including CCTV functionality. Maintain visitor entry records, staff ID verification, and contractor passes.Sanitation & Waste Management Ensure efficient garbage collection and disposal, in coordination with MCD/private agencies. Conduct regular cleanliness checks in lanes, parks, and community toilets if applicable.Administrative & Compliance Work Maintain updated registers for resident complaints, repairs, inventory, and incident reports. Ensure adherence to all municipal, fire safety, and colony-specific regulations.Staff Management Supervise colony staff such as electricians, plumbers, gardeners, and sweepers. Recommend staffing requirements to the RWA as needed.Resident Coordination Be the first point of contact for resident grievances related to maintenance or security. Facilitate prompt resolution of complaints and maintain communication logs.
