candidate profile:

1 minimum 5 yrs of experience in project sales

2 must have excellent communication skills and aggressiveness towards goals.

3 incumbent in the past must have marketed construction material for reputed concerns with

direct marketing techniques.

4 candidates from ncr region or willing to relocate to delhi would be given preference.

major job responsibilities:

1 to handle the sales & business development initiative of the organization – liaison with

commercial, residential, institutional, industrial & government projects for providing our

comprehensive services.

2 to interact with structural consultant, architect builders, civil contractors, real estate

developers, highway contractors to increase sales of our products.

3 responsible for the sales target, manage key accounts and growth programs for the division in

key sectors.

4 responsible for leading a team of professionals in sales & marketing.
