CANDIDATE PROFILE:
1 Minimum 5 yrs of experience in Project sales
2 Must have excellent communication skills and aggressiveness towards goals.
3 Incumbent in the past must have marketed construction material for reputed concerns with
direct marketing techniques.
4 Candidates from NCR region or willing to relocate to Delhi would be given preference.
MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
1 To handle the Sales & Business Development initiative of the organization – liaison with
COMMERCIAL, RESIDENTIAL, INSTITUTIONAL, INDUSTRIAL & GOVERNMENT projects for providing our
comprehensive services.
2 To interact with Structural consultant, Architect builders, Civil Contractors, Real Estate
Developers, Highway contractors to increase sales of our products.
3 Responsible for the sales target, manage key accounts and growth programs for the Division in
key sectors.
4 Responsible for leading a team of professionals in sales & marketing.
WORK EXPERIENCE: Total- 5 - 10 years (Relevant - 5 years)
