Responsible for finding clients for sale of the luxury properties. Networking with HNI clients for Residential property sales. Meeting Revenue targets monthly, quarterly and annually. Regular follow-up with customers for sales, Payment collection as per the guidelines. Strong Ability to close the deal independently. Coordinating the legalities of the sale. Meeting the clients, giving presentations about the product, resolving their queries and facilitating deal closures.
