We are currently looking for a Freelance Student Counselor who is ready to work with us on Freelance Mode (Purely Commission Based and NO fixed Salary).The Freelance Student Counselor is responsible for successfully guide students through the admission and enrollment process for iPlexERP Training.Roles and ResponsibilitiesKey Areas of ResponsibilityResponsible for meeting with and converting walk-ins and leads to registered studentsUnderstand and articulately present information on training courses and maintain relationship with students and their partnersFollow-up with students for training and interviews attendanceCollect student fees, issue cash receipts and hand over cash to the Center ManagerJob DescriptionHandle student walk-in inquiries and provide course information to studentsHandle and follow-up with all leads assigned by the HO Counsellor and counsel them to visit the centerRegularly sync with the Trainer on high level course content and common student questions in order to be more independent in the enrollment process.Guide students through the admission and enrollment processConduct initial Student Assessments and share test results with the Center ManagerMaintain relationship with students parents to ensure placement and successful course completionCollect the fees from the students, issue online cash receipts and hand over the cash to the Center Managers on a daily basisCompensation Package:Student Counselors will be highly compensated on a commission basis.Set your own hours, work from your home-office and manage your schedule. Responsibilities: Listening to students' academic, emotional, social, and behavioral concerns in an open and nonjudgemental way. Working directly with students to develop solutions and set achievable goals. Providing one-on-one career guidance and skills assessment to assist with career development. Helping students to prepare for admissions applications and tests. Providing students with materials related to a career of their choice or career counseling to suit their skills. Developing, monitoring, and assisting with counseling programs. Offering referrals to outside resources, such as for mental health, substance abuse, or vocational-related activities. Reporting student issues to the appropriate state authorities if neglect or abuse is suspected.Requirements: Bachelor's or associate's degree in counseling/ related programs. Minimum of 1 year of experience professional counseling experience, preferably in an educational field, freshers are also welcome to apply for the position. Knowledge of placement testing and career, personal, and educational assessment. Experience with counseling principles, techniques, and practices as applied to students' problems and developmental needs. Excellent active listening and communication skills. Patient, friendly, and accommodating personality. Social perceptiveness and an understanding of body language. Excellent interpersonal and mediation skills.Targets: On a daily basis you have to apply 4-5 application on the portals. follow up with the university and students to fasten the process. 25-35% conversion rate is expected.For freshers training will be given for 2 weeks.Salary:We are offering 10,000 during the training period and the salary will be increased based on performance.Location:Bengaluru ( work from office ).
