The job entails:- 1. Lead Conversion, generating revenue for the courses/programs assigned and achieving the monthly targets assigned.2. Counseling prospective candidates for programs/courses and pitching the suitable course to the prospective enquirers.3. Handling inquiries- walk ins, telephonic, emails etc, calling on hot leads and documenting the same in the company's CRM software.Work Requirements1. Work from Office Profile.2. Saturday and Sunday mandatory working. One Week off on a week day. Holidays and Leaves as per company policy.3. Six Days a week - 8.5 hours work shift (DAY SHIFT). Timings 10.30 am to 7.00 pm.

Job Profile: Business Development Executive (BDE)Outbound Calls: Initiating outbound calls to potential customers or clients with the aim of selling products or services. This involves cold calling as well as following up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or inquiries.Product Knowledge: Acquiring in-depth knowledge of the products or services being sold to effectively communicate features, benefits, and pricing to potential customers.Building Rapport: Building rapport and trust with prospects to understand their needs, address objections, and persuade them to make a purchase.Sales Techniques: Applying sales techniques and closing techniques to maximize sales opportunities and achieve targets.Achieving Targets: Meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs set by the organization. This involves managing time effectively and prioritizing efforts to achieve optimal results.Reporting and Analysis: Providing regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics. Analyzing sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Handle student walk-ins at the Centre.Follow up on leads generated through various sources.Converting tele-enquiries into walk-ins.Handling Walk - in, Telephonic and Online enquiries.Counsel and guide aspiring students about the various study options available.Admission Conversion to meet revenue targets for the centre.Responsible for admissions and centre growth.Networking with students through mails/calls/social media/whatsapp/etcTo work in tandem with Managements strategies and plans for development of sales and marketing activities.Coordinate with students for Seminars, training, admissions, re-admissions, and other associates for promotional activities.Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, courses, and reactions to products.Resolving any concerns of students promptly & satisfactorily.Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
