The candidate will be responsible for handling walk-in customers and inbound enquiries, understanding client requirements, and converting leads into successful sales opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Attend walk-in clients and manage enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and website leadsUnderstand customer preferences, lifestyle needs, and design requirementsExplain furniture collections, materials, finishes, and customization options to clientsGenerate, qualify, and follow up on leads to achieve sales closuresBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers, architects, and interior designersMaintain records of leads, follow-ups, and sales conversionsCoordinate with design and production teams for quotations, timelines, and order updatesAchieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growthRequired Skills & Qualifications:1-2 years of experience in sales, retail sales, or business developmentExperience in furniture, interiors, or luxury retail will be an added advantageStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to understand and explain design concepts to customersBasic knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, or lead management systemsPresentable, self-motivated, and customer-oriented personalityFluency in English and Assamese/Hindi preferredSalary & Benefits:Salary: 14,000 - 20,000 per month (based on experience and skills)Attractive performance-based incentivesOpportunity to work with a growing design-focused furniture brandExposure to custom furniture and interior design processesSupportive and creative work environment
