Generalist Marketer / Marketing ManagerKey responsibilities:o Development and management lead generation campaigns and nurture programso Analyse, track, and report on ongoing B2B marketing initiativeso Develop multi-channel content (social media, email marketing, ad creatives, website copy, awards entries etc.)o Develop and drive digital marketing capabilities on key social channels.o Manage marketing website.o Track marketing and demand generation strategies to measure leads, MQLs, SQLs and Opportunities through to won business.o Keeping your ear to the ground for the latest industry trends and researchWhat we need from ideal candidate:o 4-5 years B2B marketing experienceo Confidence in managing Key Internal Stakeholderso A flair for design, and experience in using Canva.o Proven success in developing B2B marketing plans and campaigns.o Knowledge of demand generation tactics and lead conversion principleso Ability to create value propositions that communicate clearly to targeted audiences.o Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Pipedrive)o creative and resourceful, with excellent verbal and written communication skillso able to adapt to ever-changing circumstances - the business moves quickly!o A strong appetite to get stuck in and work collaboratively in your team and cross-functionally.
