Responsibilities include assessing patients upon arrival, diagnosing conditions, initiating urgent treatment, and performing minor procedures when necessary. They work closely with nursing staff and senior physicians to stabilize patients, arrange diagnostic tests, and prepare for further treatment or admission. Complete daily rounds for each patient. (twice in a shift) Collect reports of patient investigation. Inform consultant regarding reports and patient status. Write daily doctor order properly in proper format. Filling up new admission history/ examination finding and treatment advise in software on same day. Pre-operative checklist and consent for surgery and anesthesia should be checked and completed. Preparing patient for discharge. Filling discharge summary.
