Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts for our diagnostics division. Ensure compliance with healthcare marketing regulations and ethical guidelines.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field. 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in the diagnostics, healthcare, or medical devices industry. Strong understanding of the diagnostics market (clinical labs, preventive testing, specialty diagnostics, etc.). Experience in digital marketing and lead generation. Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skills. Proficiency with marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, CRM platforms).Preferred Skills: Exposure to B2B and B2C healthcare marketing. Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., NABL, ICMR guidelines, HIPAA if applicable). Experience working with medical content, physicians, or healthcare professionals.
