Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts for our diagnostics division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare or diagnostics marketing, and a proven ability to drive demand, build brand awareness, and support sales growth through innovative and data-driven campaigns.
This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with deep knowledge of the diagnostics/laboratory industry, including B2B and B2C healthcare marketing, regulatory awareness, and patient-centric communication.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies for diagnostic services/products (., pathology, radiology, molecular testing, preventive health checkups).
• Work closely with the sales, medical, and product teams to create go-to-market (GTM) plans and promotional campaigns.
• Manage digital marketing activities including SEO/SEM, paid campaigns, social media, and website optimization.
• Plan and implement brand awareness campaigns targeting healthcare providers, clinics, hospitals, and consumers.
• Create marketing collateral, brochures, flyers, emailers, and presentations aligned with brand guidelines.
• Organize and support events, webinars, health camps, CMEs, and trade shows.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback surveys to identify new opportunities.
• Track KPIs and ROI of marketing initiatives; prepare reports and adjust strategies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare marketing regulations and ethical guidelines.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in the diagnostics, healthcare, or medical devices industry.
• Strong understanding of the diagnostics market (clinical labs, preventive testing, specialty diagnostics, etc.).
• Experience in digital marketing and lead generation.
• Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with marketing tools (., HubSpot, Google Analytics, Meta Ads, CRM platforms).
Preferred Skills:
• Exposure to B2B and B2C healthcare marketing.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements (., NABL, ICMR guidelines, HIPAA if applicable).
• Experience working with medical content, physicians, or healthcare professionals.
• Ability to translate complex medical information into consumer-friendly messaging.
