Job Responsibilities: Answer all incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently. Manage and program restaurant menus within our platform. Respond promptly to all support emails sent to support@plento.io. Assist customers with troubleshooting issues. Provide guidance on platform features. Resolve customer inquiries with a focus on excellent service. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve technical issues. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates. Requirements: Fluent in English (spoken and written). Previous customer support or customer experience is required. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment. The work hours are flexible with predominantly India business hours with some overlap with US Eastern Time business hours based on need.Experience: Total 2-4 years experience in Phone supportSkill Sets: Position is responsible for resolving customer issues via inbound calls. Handling Customer Queries Respond to any claims submitted by customers.
