POSITION: Customer Support Specialist (Voice process)

OJ Commerce Inc. is a fast-growing retailer serving the US market through OJ and various market places such as Amazon, Walmart, and eBay. OJ Commerce is a privately held, profitable company headquartered in Miami, Florida, USA with a 100% dedicated back – office in Chennai. The work hours are flexible with predominantly India business hours with some overlap with US Eastern Time business hours based on need.

Experience: Total 2-4 years’ experience in Phone support

Skill Sets:

· Position is responsible for resolving customer issues via inbound calls.

· Handling Customer Queries

· Respond to any claims submitted by customers.

· Respond to Customer Emails

· Facilitate Support Tickets

· During this process, analyzing any errors committed and provide feedback for improving procedures.

· Responsible to provide timely and effective resolutions to US customers.

· Fully responsible to delight prospective customer with satisfactory service

· Improve the quality of the customer interaction on a daily basis.

· Will be required to work with agents in other countries through remote sessions.

Desirable Skills:

· Candidates with experience in ecommerce / online retail

· Should be comfortable in dealing with senior leadership (internal & external)

· Communication Skills – Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to explain ideas very clearly.

· Self–motivated and flexible, with an ability to work independently.

· Shift Timing: Should be flexible to work in Night Shifts (6PM to 3AM & 9PM to 6AM IST)

· Work from Home

(Note: Initial 20 days of training will happen in Office floor (Chennai,Guindy))
