Hello, we are into domestic BPO company we are hiring for CSE in voice process. candidates should be good in English and any other South Indian languages.

Education- Graduation/HSC qualified. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Good Interpersonal skills, numerical and analytical ability. Decision making skills. Language required: English & Hindi mandatory +Kannada/Tamil/Marathi preferred. Proficient in MS-Office (Excel, Word). Should be flexible for day shift- (9-hour of login between 8 AM - 10 PM). Comfortable with working 6 days a week and the week off will be on weekday

Job Responsibilities: Taking Calls Answer calls within specified protocols Document Customer issues Ensuring Call quality parameters are adhered to Raise customer issues on calls / escalate to floor supervisors Maintain high level of quality and service on calls Maintain Log in hours and ensure break times are within limit Maintain attendance and plan for any leaves required Industry Preference: BPO / ITESLanguage: English and Hindi
