Job Responsibilities: Answer all incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently. Manage and program restaurant menus within our platform. Respond promptly to all support emails sent to support@plento.io. Assist customers with troubleshooting issues. Provide guidance on platform features. Resolve customer inquiries with a focus on excellent service. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve technical issues. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates.
