Additionally, candidates should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this role, and previous customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory. Must have fluency in English Language. The candidate should be comfortable to deal with customers over the phone as well as through video conferencing. Job Profile: Taking outbound and inbound calls for international and domestic customers. Providing customer support ( dealing with queries, providing assistance in placing and processing orders etc) Capable of handling the customer database.Expectations :Candidates can expect frequent quarterly appraisals depending upon their performance.
