We are seeking a Senior Project Engineer with 5-10 years of experience to join our team on the Pune Nashik Highway. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing project operations, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring successful project completion.Key responsibilities include leading project planning and execution, managing project budgets and timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring project quality and compliance with all safety standards. The Senior Project Engineer will also be responsible for identifying and resolving any project issues, providing technical guidance to junior team members, and facilitating effective communication among all stakeholders.The ideal candidate will have a graduate degree in engineering, with strong project management skills and experience in the construction or engineering industry. Purchase Plastic mould, stamping die assembly line, components or services in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets.Scouting new supplier & cost-effective solution.Provide analysis of costs, new and existing and review cost reduction activities.Negotiate contracts, improve prices and terms of business with suppliers and review opportunities to make business savings utilizing negotiation and procurement best practice tools and methods.

Study of drawings and specifications received from D&D and revert to D&D within 48 hrs from receipt; to raise RFI to D&D if any discrepancies found or for any additional inputs required Ensure Project execution as per WBS and update project manager regarding progress/ delays via daily / weekly reports Raising vendor requirements & timelines as per the WBS 30 days before planned start of activities Attend kick-off Meeting with Project manager at the start of each activity to ensure that all are updated on WBS project plan Create & get approval from Project Manager, for all work permits, before the start of any Construction execution activity Ensure that all Construction executions are completed as per sanctioned drawings, specification & contracts Identification of material, manpower, equipment for smooth execution of project work on the specific site Ensuring complete Safety on site Ensure quality control during the Construction execution activities Ensure Wastage control during the Construction execution activities Ensure proper reuse of wastage & excavated material within project site Smooth handover of all completed units to Client & Common areas to PMS team after completion of project in timely & error-free manner Verification of the quantities of material required as per the drawing as prepared by engineers Monitoring the material schedule and consumption on a daily/ weekly basis based on reports prepared by engineers

Key Responsibilities1. Detailed analysis & study of Bid Documents / new enquiries both technically & commercially.2. Preparation of Cost for complete Techno- Commercial proposals for EPC, Non- EPC &Rooftop Projects.3. Keeping track of price & getting validated in co-ordination with SCM to make offerings more accurate & attractive.4. To track & release budget & cost project wise for cost control.5. Attend Techno-Commercial negotiation with Customer & Clients.6. To coordinate with Design & Engineering for complete BOQ on time7. To track the variance report project wise with detailed reason.8. Profitability maximization (Actual Budget Released Vs. Achieved Value)9. Stringent Cost control through budgetary practices10. Techno-Commercial negotiation with Customer & Clients11. Understanding of LOI/ PO/ Contract/AgreementCandidate should be experience in Power, Substation or Transmission line project.
