- Oversee construction sites and manage daily operations: As a Civil Site Manager, you will be responsible for supervising all activities on the construction site, ensuring that work is being carried out as per plans and specifications.- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors: You will need to communicate effectively with various stakeholders involved in the project to ensure smooth execution and timely completion.- Monitor progress and quality of work: It will be your responsibility to keep track of the construction progress, inspect work quality, and address any issues that may arise.- Ensure compliance with safety and building codes: You must ensure that all work on the site is carried out in compliance with safety regulations and building codes to create a safe working environment.- Manage budget and resources efficiently: As a Civil Site Manager, you will be in charge of managing the project budget and resources effectively to ensure that the project stays within the set financial constraints.Required Skills and Expectations:- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.- Minimum of 2-8 years of experience in construction project management.- Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations.- Excellent communication and leadership skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.- Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software and project management tools.- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Drafting of contractual letter for day-to-day issue as well as delay event letter in consultation with PM/Director/Tender Head Managing potential variations and claims including records keeping and following with the Contractor, site engineers and client Preparation of statement of claim and statement of Liquidity damages.Support in preparation of EOT recommendation. Interpreting the Contract condition in response to Contractors claim, Project Leadership queries and Employer queries. Ensure identification, preparation & submission of claims, variations, extra items etc. Also, to track the progress of the same. Maintenance of Contract Register for the Project. To ensure that all the submissions to the client are adhered to the contract. Preparation and submission of Notice of Dispute regarding the conciliation proceedings. Preparation and submission of the direct/third party claims (insurance) as per CAR policy. Ensuring the Implementation and the installation of the work at the site as per the Contractual provisions and approved drawings Documentation of accurate data for the suitable extension of time from client for the milestone activities. Further, prepare the monetary claims for the same.
