Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives and representatives. Set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide guidance for improvement. Conduct regular meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, builders, and contractors. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
