We are working on the Telecalling banking process for the Personal Loan process. Employees should do outbound calls to customers and they should explain offers of Personal Loan then they should convince them to apply for Personal Loan.

Executive Sales RepresentativeLocation: all cities of KarnatakaSalary: 3-4 LPA + IncentivesRoles and responsibilitiesIdentifying prospective customers: Sales executives must identify potential customers and develop a plan to reach out to them.Meeting sales targets: Sales executives are responsible for meeting sales targets and achieving revenue goals set by the company.Developing relationships with clients: Sales executives must build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.Creating sales strategies: Sales executives must develop sales strategies to increase revenue and identify new business opportunities.Conducting market research: Sales executives must stay up-to-date on market trends and changes in customer behavior to develop effective sales strategies.Negotiating contracts: Sales executives must negotiate contracts and terms with customers to finalize sales and ensure profitability.requirements:graduates with 2 years of exp, freshers can apply tootwo wheeler license and smartphone mandatory.

Experience:Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer service, preferably within the industry (e.g., FMCG, Electrical,Electronics,Rural Sale, Rural Banking , Micro finance, Insurance etc).Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing customer accounts.Skills:Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.Persuasive and confident in presenting products and services to clients.Negotiation and closing skills with the ability to handle objections professionally.Time management and organisational skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Attributes:Goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.Self-motivated and proactive in identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.Customer-focused with an ability to build and nurture relationships.Adaptable to change and able to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment.Additional Qualifications (Optional):Must have two wheeler and willing to travel extensively.Must good proficiency in Kannada and English .
