They provide in-flight service, demonstrate safety procedures, handle emergencies, and represent the airline with professionalism and courtesy.Key Responsibilities:1. Passenger Assistance and Customer ServiceWelcome passengers on board and assist them in finding their seats.Help passengers with luggage placement and ensure cabin storage rules are followed.Serve meals, snacks, and beverages during the flight.Respond promptly to passenger requests and ensure comfort throughout the journey.Handle difficult passengers calmly and professionally.2. Safety and SecurityConduct pre-flight safety checks of the cabin and emergency equipment.Demonstrate and ensure passenger understanding of safety procedures.Ensure seat belts, tray tables, and cabin doors are secure before takeoff and landing.Remain alert to any suspicious activity and follow security protocols.Administer first aid or assist in emergencies when required.3. In-Flight OperationsCommunicate with the cockpit crew and ground staff for smooth operations.Manage onboard inventory of food, beverages, and duty-free items.Complete flight reports and documentation after each flight.Assist passengers during boarding and deplaning.4.
