Job Title: Field Sales Executive Location: Sector-18, Gurgaon Department: Sales & Marketing Reporting To: Sales Team Leader Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our growing sales team in Sector-18, Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets through direct field visits and customer engagement. Key Responsibilities: Visit potential and existing customers to generate new business opportunities. Present and promote company products/services to prospective clients. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals. Collect customer feedback and market insights to support product improvement and sales strategies. Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and visit updates. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and customer support) to ensure smooth order fulfillment. Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and product demonstrations as required. Requirements: Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Experience: 0-3 years of experience in field sales, B2B/B2C sales, or direct marketing. Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Two-wheeler and valid driving license (mandatory). Skills Required: Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Good understanding of sales processes and customer handling. Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
