job summary:

we are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented field sales executive to join our growing

sales team in sector-18, gurgaon. the ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying

potential customers, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets through

direct field visits and customer engagement.

key responsibilities:

- visit potential and existing customers to generate new business opportunities.

- present and promote company products/services to prospective clients.

- achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.

- collect customer feedback and market insights to support product improvement and sales

strategies.

- prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and visit updates.

- collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, and customer support) to ensure

smooth order fulfillment.

- participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and product demonstrations as required.

requirements:

- education: bachelor-s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field

(preferred).

- experience: 0-3 years of experience in field sales, b2b/b2c sales, or direct marketing.

- freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply.

- willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

- two-wheeler and valid driving license (mandatory).
