1. You Have to Complete Two Criteria in ON JOB TRAINING

(OJT) Period to Get Promotion.

2. Sales And Recruitment

3. Maximum Time Period of OJT is of 3 Months.

4. You Have to do Only 6 Policy sales in On Job Training with

minimum Premium Amount of 40K. You will get 35% Bonus on

the sale of every policy. (Company will not give Data for Policy

Sale)

5. You Have to Recruit 4 People (IC) on Company Given Data

and Activate with one 40K policy login.

6. After Completing Both Criteria, You Will Be Promoted to

Business Development

Manager (RP).

7. As a Business Development Manager, You Have to Manage,

Motivate and Guide the Team and Generate Business from

Team.

8. Business Development Manager (RP) Salary: 19,000 (Fixed)

+Higher Incentives+ PF+GR+ ESIC, Rewards, Recognition And

contests held by Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance.
