Job Description Block Coordinator TB Mukt Janjati AbhiyanCompany Name: HDU Healthcare in Association with Primal SwasthyaGet trained in SOPs & Protocol of Community-based screening of tribal population in India under NTEP and under this projectSeek the baseline data within 2 weeks of joining as per monitoring indicators reporting under the projectAssist District Program Manager in planning for overall operations including staff travel, sample and other inventory transportation, (local) stay, renting facility, disinfection and waste disposal arrangements Lead the planning of the field with supervision of multiple field teams operating within the assigned block geography (including inventory, supplies, camp site expenditures, methods adopted)Ensure daily screening camps are planned in advance and conducted as per implementation plans in coordination with local health facilities, block medical officer, NTEP staff under the guidance of the District project managerMonitor field team performance, attendance and operational challenges including field testing, feedback and capacity building of teams for digital data management and differentiated TB care clinical monitoring kitsCoordinate with blocklevel health authorities and TB program officials to ensure that all diagnosed TB patients are initiated on treatment and contacts are evaluated and TPT initiatedReview screening and diagnostic data to ensure quality and completeness and facilitate data quality assurance exercisesProvide troubleshooting support and ensure timely reporting to district teams. Qualifications / ExperienceQualification and experience requirements will vary by state hiring norms but should align with relevant public health, clinical or community health backgrounds.
